West of the Rockies was published in 1994, spearheaded by Chairwoman Patti Milius. The cookbook highlights the history and culture of the Grand Valley – the heart of Western Colorado. Featuring recipes suitable for the campfire to candlelight, Patti says it’s the only cookbook you’ll ever need! Except of course for our other cookbook, Celebrate Colorado, which was published in 2005 under the guidance of Kathleen Copeland and Joan Graham. This coffee table book features pictures of our beautiful region and includes recipes suitable for everyday and formal affairs!

Celebrate Colorado, published in 2005, is a hardbound, coffee-table-style book with breathtaking photographs showcasing the diverse landscapes in the Grand Valley. It contains about 140 recipes.
